Bob Harper Beginner's Weight Loss Transformation

I just tried this DVD and it is a very intense workout. I am 230 lbs and havent worked out for 6 months. I made it through 35 min out of 45 min. Im trying to figure out how many calories I would burn since I dont have any monitors. I did find a site that gives the experience of a person who burned 350 calories, should I assume I did also?

    I got the set tonight and immediately started with this one. I don't think he knows what a beginner is sometimes, but I did like the style. I just couldn't do the pushups and weird up and down planks yet. I logged it as aerobics for now...but my bodymedia armband comes tomorrow so I should have a more accurate gauge for me soon, and I'm about your weight.
