Started back this week. Finally ready to do this again. Could use some friends for encouragement and support. Also would like to be able to do the same for others.
I stopped doing my fitness pal about a yr ago. I did really well until I got sick and now I am out of control. Need the support of ppl trying to get healthy.

Well I am doing it. 5 weeks ago if someone would have said I could walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes again @ 3.4 I would have told them that was not happening. But I am there, and feeling good about it. Eating good and feeling good. More energy than I have had in years. Just needed to put it out there.
