Weight gain

I have been at my new life style for exactly 71 days now. I track and journal every day. I exercise 3-4 times a week. Been doing really well, TILL NOW... Since I started journaling I have lost weight each week but 1. That week I stayed the same. This week has been a bad week. I had 3 days off work in a row. So home with husband and ate wrong the entire 3 days. Got back on track and exercised hard for next 2 days. Then did well all day at work until I got home. Then ate over my Calories, Proteins, Carbs, Sugar you name it, it was over. I don't know why, I really was not hungry. I had a good day at work. My self esteem was good. I think I am just starting to feel comfortable know that I lost weight. I can not personally feel this way yet, I still have 35lbs. to lose. Any suggestions on what I should do about this. I do not want another weight gain. Maybe that will be enough to get me focused again. Really could use extra help with this. :(

    71 days is great! However, ask yourself: how many days prior to that was I on this journey? Compare that to the 71 and realize that although you are well on your way, this is a relatively short period of time to balance out the other time. Proper expectations are helpful. Don't expect too much too soon and never expect to be perfect.
