appetite ups and downs?
I go through days where I won't be hungry, probably will only eat about 400-800 cals, and then other days where I go over my cal limit. my diet is pretty much the same everyday (lots of yogurt, chick peas, protein and milk), and I do about the same exercise everyday (1 hour circuit training).
