Please help!!! HUGE confusion on calories per gram and oz.
I track calories but also make sure I get in enough protein grams. When I looked up chicken breast no skin 5 oz (141.7g) is 234 calories. However if there are 4 calories in every gram of protein that makes it 566.8 calories. What am I doing wrong or not understanding???

10k run... OMG don't know if I can do it!!!
I just recently registered for my very first 10k run at the end of Oct. I'm on week three of Hal Higdon's 10k training plan, and I'm nervous, lol. I can now run 5k straight, slow but I can do it. I just can't see the jump from 3-6 miles in a month!!!

I'm 5'3 and at my highest was 244, a lot for my frame. I'm now at 184 lbs and wear a size 12 (still a little snug). Thinking my goal is somewhere around 140 lbs.
