I've always had thick thighs and I know to reduce their apperance is by doing cardio to blast fat. Does anyone measure their thighs and have a number they are happy with? Are your legs thick, "thin," toned, muscular?

hey girls (: I'm 5'2.5" and i'm pretty pear shaped. I know you can't spot reduce and you'll probably lose weight everywhere else first. I've always wanted thinner legs. What exercises effectively work the leg muscles? Also, do you measure your thighs?
