Is it safe to double up on workouts? I feel like 20 minutes isn't enough when I've been lounging and doing nothing all day haha. And for any of you who do double up, how does it work for you?? Just curious. Thanks! :)
I started 30 Day Shred on Monday, but I was wondering if I should be taking rest days? I didn't really plan on it unless my body was just super tired and needed a break, but I just wanted some second opinions.
