Bump...also curious.

Try doing plank jacks! :) You basically hold a plank pose, but kind of jump and move your legs out, then jump and pull them back in. Like your legs do with jumping jacks, but you're in a plank pose. It's not possible to spot reduce, and you'll probably need more cardio in addition to this, but this targets those muscles…

I'm glad I'm not the only one who's behind. I took a rest day on level 1 and level 2, and this weekend I just got really off track. Day 10 of level 2 tomorrow though, and first day of level 3 Thursday! Good luck everyone. :)

Thanks for the answers everyone :) I was doing C25K with it for while, but I kept getting knee pain. I might throw some elliptical training in with it though if I get a gym membership.

I normally only do when I go for a walk specifically for exercise, or if I'm out walking around/shopping for a few hours. I'd definitely bump up your activity level from sedentary to lightly active though. :)

I took a rest day so I just finished level 1 today, but starting level 2 tomorrow! Keep up the good work everyone. <3

I started C25K a few weeks ago, so I'm doing that along with the video. :)

Okay, thanks everyone. :) I'm only on day 3, but I might take a rest day every 10 days after each level haha.

Just finished L1D3 earlier! My arms felt a lot stronger during push ups, and my legs did in lunges too. :) My calves were hurting today though, but hopefully they'll just get stronger too! Good job everyone!

Day 2 kicked my butt! I wasn't that sore yesterday after doing the workout, but I definitely felt it today. Still going strong though. :)

Like orlandosgoddess said, I would just start with logging every single thing you eat, that way you get an idea of how many calories you're taking in. Then you can set your diary settings to how much weight you want to lose a week, and it'll give you a calorie guideline based on that. Also be sure to eat lots of fruit,…

Finished Day 1 Level 1! It felt awesome. :) Okay well it feels great now, but my arms/legs were definitely burning while working out haha. Mainly the squat and press things...my shoulders were feeling it!

Count me in! I just bought the DVD today, so excited. :)

I'm on Week 2 Day 2, and I love it so far. :) I can already feel my running improve, and I'm getting back into the groove of it (I used to run, but I stopped for awhile). I would definitely give it a go!
-
Your food diary looks pretty spotless to me! What are you trying to improve on?
-
Same here. :) I could always use motivation, and I'm willing to return the favor haha.

I'm doing Week 2 Day 2 today, but my knee's been hurting so I'm nervous haha. Good luck! :)

I get bored with the same music and switch it up a lot, but Maroon 5's one of my go-to's. :)

I did just cardio at one point and lost 5 pounds in about a month, so it definitely works. I've started doing strength training in addition to cardio though, and I find that even though the weight comes off more slowly (at least for me), I see more physical changes in my body than cardio alone. :)
-
I'll join. :) I'll just have to pick up the dvd haha.
-
You can do it girl! :) Don't get discouraged. Stay strong. xx

I would try doing mostly cardio and seeing if that helps. I've been swimming, jump roping, and I'm getting back into running, and my stomach's been slimming down. I also do Body Pump classes at Gold's Gym, which is a weight lifting class that targets your entire body, and I feel like that's helped as well. I would also try…
