Extra calories from working out...?
I'm a little confused on why they get added to my "daily allowance." If I have a calorie allowance of 1200 I would figure that's whether I work out or not, but when I add an exercise it give me more calories to use which I would think to just ignore or else I'm just eating more food... Is too much Fiber & Protein bad?
Is it possible to have too much fiber or protein? I know the answer is ultimately "Yes," but it seems like I go just a little over my fiber and protein allowance every day. I feel like a lot of protein and fiber would be a good thing... but is going over by 5-15 going to make a difference in weight loss?
