What are other names i can put into my exercise for "fitball", its using that big round ball and doing toning exercises on it, I'm from England and we just call it fitball, Hope you can help :smile: Thank you Jayne x

Giving up the smokes
Has anyone else given up the smokes and continued to lose weight ? I've been trying years and hear so many stories of people gaining loads of weight that as soon as i feel i'm gaining more weight i start smoking again :ohwell: any advice please x
