HOLY CRAP WE'VE ALMOST REACHED 30 DAYS!! I'm going to slay these last three days. SLAY THEM!!! I'M COMING FOR YOU JILL. I can't believe I am saying this but I sort of don't want this to end. I am really contemplating starting over. But I really want to try the couch to 5k program! Has anyone done that?
Am I crazy or is today day 7? It'll be 30 days March 2nd right? I kicked buns today. Jumped so high on superman jumps or whatever the hell they're called, kicked my shins to my buns soo hard!
Oh my gosh ladies, is tomorrow already the half way point? Whooo!!! Kickin' butt!
Can we just talk about those massive jump kicks at the end? What the heck! I find myself much stronger in the arms and stomach but my legs need to get stronger.
I can't believe it is Day 6 already! I'm feeling back and forth. I don't think I look any more toned than I did on Day 1. One day, my dress pants are loose. The next day, my jeans are tight. Blah.
Hey all! Today is my second day with myfitnesspal. I would love to gain some fitness pals on here. Especially any who are experienced with cooking tofu and knowledge about foods high in protein. Yay!
