  • Congrats! I had similar success with the shred. I think I lost two pounds, but lots of inches. I also started running after the shred. I need to get back to it. Way to go!
  • I'm 5 foot and currently 172, which is close to my heaviest weight ever. I think that was 175. I didn't mind sitting around 150. Then I gained 10 pounds and became OK with sitting at 160. I think this is a bad mindset to be in. So I really have never set a true goal weight. I had thought 140 would be a dream. But I guess…
  • Awesome!!! Totally inspiring. Thank you for sharing!
  • Congrats girl! That is a very big deal. And you will only get stronger and stronger. I graduated the program and have ran a full 30 minutes about six or seven times now. I am still happy every time I achieve it because I used to not be able to run a minute straight.
  • I graduated the program about two weeks ago and now instead of running three days a week, I've been doing two days a week on my own. I'm sort of glad to see this topic, just because I was really shocked at how MENTAL being able to run was for me. I always thought I was unable to run because I was not in good enough shape,…
  • I was wondering how to know when to switch from walking to jogging. There are apps that tell you when to switch? I've never done ripped in 30 but if you've shredded I'm sure you can do it!
  • I feel the same way! This is the strongest I've felt phsyically in a long long time!!
  • Where is everybody?! Haha.
  • Nothing like a 10 pm shred. Whoooooo! Hehe.
  • I feel like I'm going to be eating my words, but I thought this level was easier than Level 2! It was those damn planks and cardio moves that killed me. I'd rather jump than plank. And we're doing Level 1 cardio, just with weights which I'm ok with. Let's keep it going ladies!!
  • So looking forward to Jill's gems of wisdom haha. Today I felt very tired. I really wanted to attack this last day in this level. Oh well. One more level left!!!
  • I'm not going to sneek a peek either. I'm not scared. We're so close to being done!!!
  • I agree, was thinking about starting over again after this but if this workout really does build muscle I think I need to break and do something I can drop some pounds with, then start this again and really tone.
  • I agree this level has flown by. I've struggled with mental instability and physical illness during this level so it has been quite difficult. Found myself not wanting to even do it some days but I have.
  • Everyone also better be brushing their hair back like a greaser and cupping their bum. Makes me laugh everytime she says that. Today was my best day but still breaking and doing modified exercises.
  • Why does this cardio seem so much harder? Like every set of it. I got thorough those oblique jumpy things or whatever but planks are killer. Still taking a few breaks.
  • Totally hard. Took lots of breaks. I'm not in a good place mentally so it was hard to give it my all today.
  • Level 1 done, yay! Looking forward to/fearful of Level 2 tomorrow. Yay!
  • Day 9 done. Feeling good. Afraid of Level 2 haha.
  • Day 8 done. Got through the first set of cardio once again without a break so I'm feeling encouraged. I feel pretty confident on all moves except push-ups. Those are just hard. I can do the first set but not the second. I can't believe the last day of Level 1 is Sunday!! Holy crap. Are you guys taking a day off between one…
  • Thanks! I am hoping you're right.
  • Day 7 has been my strongest day. Push ups are still difficult but I wasn't exhausted by the time I did the first set of cardio so today was the easiest I got through jumping jacks and jump rope. Feeling strong. Peeking at Level 2 is a good idea. But scary haha. Holy ****. I just worked out everyday for a week. Patting…
  • I've gained 1.4 pounds.
  • Day 6 done. Wish I could be happier about it! I just thought I would have mastered the workout by now. Maybe I'm being too hard on myself. Still great to workout everyday to the previous sit on my buns everyday.
  • Have you ever tried Pilates? I own the really old Windsor Pilates DVD and there is a 15 minute (might be 20) and 45 minute workout on there. You are on the floor a lot if not the entire time and it's a lot of stretching. That may be easier on your knees.
  • Today I found myself surprisingly unenthusiastic about the workout. Just felt tired. Like I didn't get enough sleep or something. Anyways, I did Day 5. Did both sets of push ups as regular ones though on the last set I barely made it. Barely made it through the set of jumping jacks and jump rope but I did. Just hoping…
  • Haha, I have thought of that! That's why my goal is to really improve everyday. I have this terrible fear that if I don't master Level 1 than Level 2 will kill me!
  • LADIES! TOMORROW IS THE HALF WAY POINT OF LEVEL 1!!!! YAAAAAYYY!
  • Kudos to you for sticking with it!!!!! Whoo hoo!!!
  • I'm glad to see others mentioning today being easier because, dare I say, I found today to be the easiest. Maybe easy is the wrong word. Today felt like 20 minutes while Day 1 and 2 for me felt longer for some reason. Push ups are killer but yesterday I did all girl push-ups and knew if I pushed myself I could do regular…
