For the past two weekends I have spent abour 4 hours a day taping, plastering and painting my kids bedrooms. I know if is a good workout because my thighs, shoulder and arm muscles are sore the next day. Any idea how I can record this s exercize in MFP?

How many calories in a body bar session

Tomorrow I will be taking a three day business trip to San Diego. I will be attending a conference that includes meals and receptions. This also means I will be away from my scales for three days.
