is all cardio the same... effectiveness
is all cardio the same? as in effective the same way? So if i do the elliptical or boxing burn same calories with the same time and heart rate ( per heart rate monitor) would one still be considered better than the other? or is the calories loss during the workout most important? Thanks! :)

TARGET HEART RATE??
When your working out what is your target heart rate? I have been doing the elliptical and it has a heart rate monitor on it. I am consistently in the 182 range the entire 15 min workout and i feel like i'm going to heart a heart attack by the end but i'm pushing hard the entire time. Normal or is it too high?
