TARGET HEART RATE??

When your working out what is your target heart rate? I have been doing the elliptical and it has a heart rate monitor on it. I am consistently in the 182 range the entire 15 min workout and i feel like i'm going to heart a heart attack by the end but i'm pushing hard the entire time. Normal or is it too high?

    worked mine out to be 140-160 BPM

    Yours sounds way to high use a online calcalator to work out your best BPM based on age etc
