How to lift without a gym??
So I have a set of vary weight kettle bells and hand weights. What exercises can I do to really kill the not so smooth parts of my legs? I need variation. I do different squats and lunges, but is there something else I could be doing? I'd appreciate anyone ones input! Thanks :)

Different veggie fries??
So I love making home made baked white or sweet potatoe fries... Is there anything else I can get to cook like a fry when baking? I've heard you can make zucchini sticks, but what else. I also know you can lightly bread veggies for crispness, but what else? I'm open to any new ideas!!

How often should I be weighing myself?
Some days I find myself obsessing over the scale to see if I've lost even 1/2 pound!! Some days I swear the scale is lying to me... It will say I lost a pound and then two days later I'm back where I was... Should I hide the scale for two weeks at a time?

Ladies only! Working out when light headed...
So it's that time of the month, and today I am very light headed and dizzy. I want to work out but I get dizzy just walking through the kitchen. What should I do? Eat something? Like what?
