Ladies only! Working out when light headed...

So it's that time of the month, and today I am very light headed and dizzy. I want to work out but I get dizzy just walking through the kitchen. What should I do? Eat something? Like what? Just workout and see what happens? Something that will burn calories without feeling dizzy? Should I just wait to see of I feel better? I only have a few more hours where I can work out today before I head out for the evening. Thanks in advance! :)
