bananas/too much!?
So my son (2 1/2) wanted a banana for breakfast,so I gave him one,then he wanted another,so I let him. Now for lunch all he wanted was another banana! Is this ok? I downloaded c25k onto my iPhone. I don't know how many calories it's going to burn since it's a 5 min warm up 15 min run/walk then 5 min cool down...no hrm so I'm in the dark lol how would I even start to figure this out? Thanks for ANY advice/input! :)

Ok so I've NEVER been a runner! My excersize of choice is walking 3.5mph for about 80 minuets a night 5 nights a week. Its just under 4 1/2 miles.
