30 day shred!!!! Aaaand I'm scared out of my mind to see how out of shape I really am lol!!!! It should be here Tuesday or wednesday. Nervous but excited :) who's tryed it? How awesomely bad is it? Lol

    It is the easiest of the JM videos! No, didn't say it was easy, lol... But it is the best one to start with! Good luck!

    I did it for 11 days, level 1 and level 2, it definitely is a good workout! I was doing it everyday and trying to do cardio as well 4 - 5 times time a week. I did lose some inches in that short time, but the scale would not move, so I decided to do more cardio and then do the Shred 3 - 4 times a week. I haven't made it to level 3 yet, kinda scared lol No, but seriously, you will be able to do the moves, just take a breather if you need to, plus it's only 20 minutes and it really does go fast.   • I got it about a week ago and I've done it 3 times. There's no way I'd actually do that everyday. Most days I go to the gym or go jogging, but on days I can't make it, I do the shred video. I think if I'd never worked out before, the video would be super hard. But as someone who's worked our regularly, I found it moderately difficult. I had no problems making it through level 1, but I was sore for a day or 2 after.

    I made it 3 or 4 days before the shoes I have (crappy) really started to make my ankles hurt. I am redoing it after I get proper shoes.
