Upping calorie consumption good or bad?
Think I am going to up my calorie consumption to 1500... I am lifting more and trying to run more- but gaining weight (not much, 3 pounds). Has anyone upped it? Should I try to just do the 1500 or 1500 plus the exercise allowance I am given?? Right now doing 1300 + whatever I am also allowed doing exercise. I work out…

Getting discouraged- please help
Good morning This summer I finally hit my goal weight, was at 125!! All of a sudden last month, the weight started to climb back on- I am now at 131 and I dread stepping on the scale, seems to increase every time I do. I do a mix of cardio/strength 6 days a week and a hour of Yoga on Sundays. I do my best to eat right, but…
