what's your hula hoop routine?
Hi there. I'm from Ireland and have been hooping as part of my cardio routines since December. Do it for 15 minutes if with elliptical or 30 on its own. I also run. I'm at my goal weight but love how hooping has toned my waist.

New excercise routines or dvds for beginners
I am 44 tomorrow and am 5ft3 and currently 135lbs. Have completed level 1 on 30 day shred and usually combine this with leslie sansone 4 fast miles. Want to try something else to shake up my routine a bit. Any suggestions? Will keep at the 30 d's but like to try another routine I can do from home.

Over 40 - want to halt the middle age spread!
I am 43 years old (fast approaching 44) and used to always be thin in my 20's and 30's. In my 40's have noticed a steady increase in my weight to a weight of 140 lbs which at 5 3 is too heavy for my frame. Find I have to do more and eat a lot less to lose weight. Seemed to be able to eat pretty much as I liked in my 20's…

Hi all. I am a 43 years old mother of 2 from Ireland. I am 5ft 3 and weigh 139lbs and have about 15-20 lbs to lose. Would love some friends who have similar goals as would love to compare diaries and excercise routines. Also finding it harder to shift the lbs in my 40s ;-)
