My mini success story :) Started with 20 lbs to lose in may, not as much as many people but to get me healthy. Today hit the 14lb loss 1 stone sounds really good and motivational, for me anyway. MFP is amazing and I would not have got this far without it, advice to any newbies, it really pays off.
I have been using MFP for nearly a week and all going well, except every day I am over on Protein - I can see why but I think my diet is healthy and the protein is purely from natural food, no powders/bars/shakes etc. Just wondering how (if at all) bad this is as the amount I can have seems to be very small in comparison…
