YourShape Challenge
I have started using Your Shape Fitness Evoloved on Xbox 360. Would anyone like to use Your shape for a challenge. i.e. report here that they have used YOur shape on days that the planned to.or complete different programmes or set a target of calories to burn. Look forward to a reply.

Jeans
Is it me or does any one else have trouble finding jeans that fit. I have big hips and a small waist and am fed up with the big gap in the waist. Can any one suggest a pair of jeans where I can avoid this please.

Stopped Smoking, gaining weight
Hi all I choose this App to help me lose the weight, which is just over a stone, I put on since I stopped smoking. Its brilliant, so easy to use. Does any one have any tips on what to nibble on, that low in calories? Wishing all the best with your healthy eating plans and weight loss. 3lbs lost
