Hi all! I am 5'8" with a small frame. Currently my weight is 143. 135 is a weight that I'm the most happy with for my frame. Trouble is, when I work out, I turn into a ravenous monster at the end of the day. I am out-eating my hard work!
What's the deal with the daily recommendations for fiber and sugar??? If you eat three pieces of fruit a day, you're pretty much doomed. Why so low? Thoughts?
