Hi All! I've been a member for quite some time but fell off the band wagon! Now ready to start my healthy life! I lost 23 lbs 2 years ago before I started my desk job, since then gained 8 back. I'm in desperate need for help on how to help my shin splints! More my left leg than my right, in the front. I wear great shoes, stretch before running, warm up by walking first...I jog/run on a treadmill with a .5 incline. I've even tried inserts. Nothing works!
