Is 35lbs in 4.5 months a good achievement? I've been told that's too slow given how hard they see me workout. It really killed my spirit made me feel low about my progress. Could some tell if I'm going at a right pace or not

I mean...This should be a straight forward but I really don't know. How do I count my calories lost at gym. I see some of my friends wearing a type of watch. A calorie counting watch. Is it accurate. Just wanna know what else can I do to count my calories lost
I started my weight loss journey last july. I workout hard. Every morning and from 4pm6-4 everyday Mon-Sat. Why have I only lost 13lbs. What am I doing wrong? Can I get some tips on my calories intake. What I should eat for meals throughout the day. Thanks guys
