My trainer asked me for a before and after picture today. I told him it would have to be a before and during picture because I'm not done yet! I ventured on this lifestyle change on Dec. 10, 2012. The "before" was taken Dec. 24, two weeks in. The "during" was taken today - 22 weeks, 16 lbs, and 28.75 inches later.
