Online Fitness Training

My housing complex has a state-of-the-art gym with every kind of exercise equipment that my current gym has. On top of gym membership I've been paying extra $$ for a trainer 2x a week. I've been thinking about dropping my gym membership and investing in an online fitness training program. I've noticed there are several. Anybody have any recommendations?

I worked with this guy for a couple of years before he moved to another facility. I don't know how his online service is set up, but I know he is a good, quality trainer--not some poser inventing himself on the internet.

Like anything else, you have to make your own judgement as whether he is a good fit.0
