Hi, I have 4 Jillian Michaels dvds and I would like some more variety. I like '30 day shred' and 'banish fat, boost metabolism' and 'no more trouble zones'. what books do you recommend?
I have some book vouchers to spend, and I am looking for books that will help me on my weight loss journey. What books have helped you stay on track, think about your eating and your wieght loss/fitness goals? Not so interested in 'fad' diets though, more the middle of the road ones iykwim.

15 weeks down and run out of oomph

low carb snacks
My first day on this has made me realise quite how high carb my diet is so I need to adjust my thinking. I figure I will still need carbs for bf/lunch and dinner or it won't feel like a meal to me *rolls eyes at myself*, but if I could go low carb for snacks then it would help a lot. What are your favourite low carb snacks?
