Gingerale for nueasea.. swaps?
So, Of course pop is not exactly a good choice. In my case, I get car sick. I sometimes don't have a problem. But a 5hour bus ride, or a 5 minute car ride, I tend to get a very uneasy stomach and feel very sick. I've tried gum, mints, bringing snacks in the car.. but nothing seems to settle my stomach down, other than…

I can't even jog for more than 10 seconds…

I figured if we start with everyone posting their favourite, this will become a board for people to read when they need that little kick! Mine is one someone just told me: "You need to crawl before you walk, and walk before you run. " That makes me realize that no, this is not overnight, and it's a long learning journey!

*This is long.. * First off, I am twenty one, and a month away from turning twenty two. And I am 316 pounds. Three hundred and sixteen pounds. Yeah, that's not what I really want to admit to. I have been overweight, well, for most of my life. Even as a child, I was chunky. I have always been bigger then most kids in my…

Fresh Start - Looking For Support!
Hey :) So my name is Ashley. This is my ump-teenth time on here. Literally. My first time around, was great.
