Unfortunatly, I can't always control where I sit in the car lol. If theres more than 2 people, chances are, I'm in the back! I will try some of these above things though :) I'm probably staying clear of the plain ginger or things that taste too much like ginger, as oddly, I hate the taste of it on its own.. Yes! I do this at the store all the time.. I personally dont drive, but my friend always parks at the back, and we walk instead of finding close spaces! An added bonus is less careless drivers around you :P

That's awesome! Best part is that you're doing it for fun, and it doesn't feel like a forced activity! Some people absolutely love working out, and some don't, no matter their size. so it's great to find activities that are healthy, and also enjoyable!

If it's something you do all the time. I keep tidy, but I honestly don't mop, scrub floors, wipe walls, ect. every day. That's a once a week thing, so I wouldn't think it would in my BMR.

I don't tend to eat back calories, not unless I've done a gym workout or something. I don't trust mfp's calories totally :P :) I more so log to see my exercise habits, It does burn some calories, and I work up a sweat!

If I need to log a meal I've made.. I just have my phone with me and weigh and log as I go, or a notebook to right down each time I add something and how much.. Helps to just jump on the computer and log it all after :)

The only advice I could ever give to this: Just start. Don't worry about the number. Just start. Start and don't stop. Watch your clothes get lose, your body build muscle and become firm. Screw the number! Just make your body happy, and become fit and healthy!

Your body is changing, in so many ways! Your skin will need time to bounce back, as its use to fat being behind it! but it will! Its a process, and you wont be perfect at every milestone! Just keep your head and chin up, tredge on harder, and you will start feeling just as beautiful as I bet you are!
