    Have you tried working with a doctor? There may be an underlying cause.

    Try always sitting in the front seat, sip cold water, and, when you feel ill, press your thumb to the inside of the opposite wrist. Here's a picture:

    I do that when I'm hungover sometimes. It helps. It's how the wrist things work too.

    Unfortunatly, I can't always control where I sit in the car lol. If theres more than 2 people, chances are, I'm in the back! I will try some of these above things though :) I'm probably staying clear of the plain ginger or things that taste too much like ginger, as oddly, I hate the taste of it on its own.. Thanks everyone!

    I love Ginger and Lemongrass tea, it's good cold or hot and really settles my stomach. The lemongrass is a good cover for the ginger. I actually have a cup right now.
