Try always sitting in the front seat, sip cold water, and, when you feel ill, press your thumb to the inside of the opposite wrist. Here's a picture:

I do that when I'm hungover sometimes. It helps. It's how the wrist things work too.0 -
Unfortunatly, I can't always control where I sit in the car lol. If theres more than 2 people, chances are, I'm in the back! I will try some of these above things though I'm probably staying clear of the plain ginger or things that taste too much like ginger, as oddly, I hate the taste of it on its own.. Thanks everyone!0

I love Ginger and Lemongrass tea, it's good cold or hot and really settles my stomach. The lemongrass is a good cover for the ginger. I actually have a cup right now.0
