Second week completed! Losing at a healthy rate they say
I know it is "safer" to lose 1/2 to 2 pounds a week, but when that first one hits you as a BIG number, you hope it continues! Lost "one" pound this past week, my second week, hooray for me.. haven't checked my inches yet, but feel my stomach flatter so that's a good sign!

Anyone have their VITAMIN D levels checked?
This blood test is expensive, but I've been wanting it since it came out a while ago, but it was a 24 hour urine test then and I wasn't interested. I just had my blood drawn and my level is 13!! I posted on another board but didn't get any responses, can someone help me to understand how to better us the on line food calculator? For Instance, I had 3 ounces of portobello today and the portions only allow me to select 1 ounce or 8 ounces... is there a way to put in my own amount or do I have to enter it 3 times?…

Confused with food calculator
I am pretty confused about the calculated as it only offers sometimes just ONE selection for portion? Like portobello mushroom, I just ate one sautéed in a little soy sauce, it was about 4 ounces, but the selections are only 1 ounce or 8 ounces, does this mean I have to add it four times to get my portion size to calculate…
