do I have to meet my net calorie goal for the day? I have 189 calories left for the day (my goal is 1200, but I burned 627 calories so my goal today changed to 1827). Will it be detrimental to not eat the 189, or just 100 of it? Or should I find a snack that's 189 calories so I meet my goal?
New to this site, and so far I like what I see. I've been using spark people for years, but need a change since I haven't lost weight in oh...a while. Initially, 6 years ago I lost about 40lbs and in the past year they have made a reappearance. I want to look good and be healthy, so hopefully this site will help!!
