New to this site, and so far I like what I see. I've been using spark people for years, but need a change since I haven't lost weight in oh...a while.

Initially, 6 years ago I lost about 40lbs and in the past year they have made a reappearance. I want to look good and be healthy, so hopefully this site will help!!
