I did not measure my body when I started with MFP, and I know I have lost some inches. Is it too late to measure now? I guess I am just afraid I have already lost the bulk of the inches I will lose and I will be disappointed if I try to track them now. Any suggestions?
Hello everyone! I joined MFP 2 days ago. I am 24 years old and have a 7 month old. I am having trouble keeping my calorie intake down. I went 185 calories over my goal, and haven't worked out once since I joined. For some reason I just don't have any motivation. :sad: Any advice would be great!
