My husband makes fun of me every time he sees me logging my food! He thinks I'm obsessed with it, but as you know, you have to keep logging it in order to keep yourself accountable.

Hi! I am glad you started this thread. I am on my first round of p90x. I just finished day 5. I am not doing the supplements, but I am trying to stick with the 50-30-20 eating plan. I always go over my fat..gotta work on that!

yes coloradogirl, i agree. I used to work in a Chiropractic office. I have seen people get pregnant who couldn't, people walk who were bound to a wheelchair, and even people with severe migraines who were able to function normally again, just with regular chiropractic care. And just think- no medications!!! yay! I'd say…

I think it all depends on the "shape" of a woman's body... like banana, apple, pear, or hourglass. I am def a pear shape, so I will ALWAYS wear a bigger jean and a smaller top. Maybe you are the same?

I would enter it under Exercise>cardiovascular>walking 2.0mph for 6 hours (which is 360 min.). I am not sure how many calories that would be b/c I don't know your weight, but thats pretty good exercise :smile:

I did not measure my body when I started with MFP, and I know I have lost some inches. Is it too late to measure now? I guess I am just afraid I have already lost the bulk of the inches I will lose and I will be disappointed if I try to track them now. Any suggestions?

Welcome to MFP! I really enjoy aerobics and it melts the fat away and tones. Its great for both men and women. Men kinda feel funny on an aerobics class, but if it is a cardio kickboxing class then they feel a little more masculine.
