Honey Nut Cherrio Chicken Nuggets

Absolute NEWBIE Question
Ok, so example from today... I ate 800 in calories. I can eat up to 1300 calories today. I worked out and burned 200 calories. After working out I have 700 calories left now instead of 500 for the day. Do I need to eat that 700 to lose weight the fastest/best or can I just eat that 500? What is the best/right thing to do?…
