Ways to Add Calories, eating under 1200cals
I was sick last week and I've been in recovery all week. Unfortunately I just haven't been feeling like eating. I am consuming about 500 - 600 calories a day for the last four days and I've been feeling awful even eating that. Does anyone know of any foods that are high in calories and nutritious to add to my diet? Thanks…

Strength Training w/out Bulking Up
I'm trying to start a strength training program but I'm scared of bulking up. While I'm fully aware I'm not going to look like a bodybuilder, in the past when I lifted, I built up muscles faster and bigger than most women. Are there any exercises for arms and legs that only require 5lb / 10lb?
