Should I follow the MFP advice? Or should I keep netting 1600 calories as a male. For the past month, I've been eating roughly 2200 a day and burning 500-700 a day. MFP is telling me that since I've lost 10 lbs, I need to lower my goal to 1900. What say you? Will following MFP lead to Starvation mode?
What if I ate so much celery and pickles (low calories) etc, and got so full that I couldn't eat another bite, but I didn't consume more than 1000 calories for the day. Would I still enter starvation mode?
MyFitnessPal iPhone app nutrients reading says I have exceeded my vitamin C (100%) by 500%, and my vitamin A (100%) by 200%. Is this dangerous? Am I eating too much healthy food?
