MFP App tells me to lower my calorie goals...
Should I follow the MFP advice? Or should I keep netting 1600 calories as a male. For the past month, I've been eating roughly 2200 a day and burning 500-700 a day. MFP is telling me that since I've lost 10 lbs, I need to lower my goal to 1900. What say you? Will following MFP lead to Starvation mode?

Still skeptical about starvation mode
What if I ate so much celery and pickles (low calories) etc, and got so full that I couldn't eat another bite, but I didn't consume more than 1000 calories for the day. Would I still enter starvation mode?

600% Vitamin C, 300% Vitamin A: Bad?
MyFitnessPal iPhone app nutrients reading says I have exceeded my vitamin C (100%) by 500%, and my vitamin A (100%) by 200%. Is this dangerous? Am I eating too much healthy food?

Not sure how to net 1200
I'm totally full after consuming 1200 calories gradually today. Even if I could eat more, I'm confused about how I'm supposed to eat more without exceeding my sugar level and other limits. The Nutrients section on my app says I shouldn't exceed 56 grams of sugar, which I've already exceeded by 10 grams. I am doing Insanity…

Logging Insanity into the MyFitnessPal Diary Exercise
Does anyone have any idea how to list the Insanity workouts in the Exercise section? The videos claim to be able to burn up to 1000 calories in a 40 minute workout, but there's nothing in the database to describe that.
