Healthy bread
Is there a healthy bread out there that won't blow me right out of the water or is it just about moderation? I'm hearing bad things about even whole grain breads which I used to think were healthy. I LOVE bread. I miss my old friend. My cheat meal last week included a pb&j on whole wheat, my favorite.

Talapia, Kale and Quinoa
Not really a recipe exactly, but I LOVE this meal. Melt a little real butter in a skillet and drop in your kale on one side and your talapia on the other. Boil up your quinoa in a sauce pan and sprinkle a little lemon pepper on the fish. Yummo! Tastes great, very few calories and even a kitchen novice like me can make it.…

So what's up with the sugars...
...in the food tracker. For breakfast I ate a container of yogurt, an apple and 15 peanuts and blew my sugar out of the water. 48g of sugar when I'm only suppose to have 36g of sugar. If that's the case, I really don't think 36g of sugar is even possible. Is this even something to worry about?
