My September goals are to lose more than 5 pounds, workout six days a week and run a mile a day so 30 miles this month, make healthy food choices and track daily in MFP, even if I go over. Allow myself one cheat meal a week. (not a cheat meal a day..... not a cheat meal weekend), drink more than 8 glasses of water a day…

Is the weekend tougher for you to stay on track?
How is everyone's weekend going? Do you find that you do a better job during the week or on weekends sticking to your plan? I work full time so it is definitely easier for me during the week.
