What WII exercise do you do?
I have EA Sport Fitness I think is great, it comes with a leg strap and resistance band. The only thing it doesnt do is sit ups. I also have WII fit plus, but find it quite tame and dont find the cardio stuff on there that intense. I think having a good boxing session with someone on sport is really good and gets me…
