I should say change that you can live with. theres many things out there I cant live without, so I have had to adjust my life to suit me, I dont need to be super skinny, just healthy and happy and happiness for me is to be able to have a treat now and then and a drink with friends…
  • Awesome going. thats the one thing I love about my weightloss I get collar bones, I dont get them unless Im really really skinny which sucks cos I reckon if you can see a collar bone even if your are bigger you actually give off that your slimmer

I generally eat under my calories and exercise more consistently and higher intensity than you but I am bigger.............but I dont have any thyroid problems.............I say stop being so unhappy with what youve got cos well theres much much much worse…

  • I think if you deficit long enough, the muscle is the first to start depleating so you will definetly start losing weight on the scales. but if you only deficit on and off, on the off days the extra cals will be stored possibly causing a gain........this will be due to your metabolism slowing down in "starvation mode" I…

  • I was having the same prob but I did notice on the few days Ive managed not to eat all my calories earned from exercise ive had the biggest losses on those days and not on the ones that I eat all my Cals.......I am going to try leave at least 300 Cals from exercise to start with, cos where I might be able to fit in…
