Ground LSA- a quick breakfast

I use a Tablespoon of LSA and a pot of acidophilus fruit yoghurt to mix together to eat on run with my morning coffee. I gives you added protein for the day and essential good fats.

    Great idea, whats ground LSA and where do i get it and what benefits does it have?

    Its ground up Linseed, Sunflower seed and almonds and you can buy it in a bag $4 ish from BIN INN (NZ) or healtheries make it too. It thickens it up good, and you can add it to smoothies with banana n milk- yum! Lol and if i didnt have a bowel condition I would probably say it keeps you regular to hehe.

    you can get it pretty much anywhere. it should be near the oats/cereals or health food section.
