30 Day shred ...HELP

Im sorry if this has been before but Im new to 30 Day shred and not sure how it works.....

How many days a week do i do it?

And am I supposed to do stage one for a week or so first then onto stage two? (i did stage one the other day and stage two today but keep thinking im jumping ahead)

and what do i put it under and how many calories do i put it down under?

    You need to do the shred every day for 30 days. 10 days of level 1then 10 days of level 2 and then 10 days of level 3 until the 30 days are up. its a great dvd :)

    that makes more sense........so will stick to doing stage one for a bit longer.......so no rest days at all? and anyone know what exercise i can put it under and calories burned?

    You can put it under "circuit training general" - 20minutes, which is under cardiovascular exercises. I'm doing each level for 10 days, but have Saturday off to help muscles recover and then another form of exercise on Sunday so I dont get bored.

    i log it as general circuit training for 20 mins.

    i dont do it on the weekends and the odd friday just to rest my body a bit, and i still see the results. i try to do at least 4 time a week,

    log it under circuit training hun. do continuous 10 days each level as each level is tougher than the previous one so you gotta build up your strength and stamina, ive got 3 days left them im finished :smile:

    I found that when i had rest days, it was harder for me to get going when I started the day after. (I'm not very fit though so it's probably just me). I'm sure you can have rest days if you want to though. I'm not sure how you would track it in exercise though sorry
  • I do the 30 day shread and count it as 20 minutes "circuit training" as this seems to be the closest thing on the exercise database. It is using a circuit/internal style so I think this is probably the best option.

    Thanks everyone....

    Does anyone else do this as well as other exercises? I did Wii boxing this morning and shred tonight......

    yeah hun i go to the gym monday-friday, warm up and then do a 5 day split, weight training for around 30 minss each morning then on alternative days i include 20 mins of ab work.

    I did 5 days out of 7 and then 2 weeks (10days) at each level so it took me 6 weeks

    I walk pretty much everywhere and also try to do at least 30 mins on the exercise bike per day
