Lost almost 5 lbs in 6 days
From 2500+ calories a day down to a little over 1200 per day. So far so good, my stomach is getting used to not eating a lot. I didn't think it was possible to lose weight that fast. Does anyone here have the success of losing weight without exercising? I'm planning to start soon but I'm not quite there yet.

What is your heaviest? Lightest? Where are you now? Goal?
Ok, I admit, I relapse several times but here are my stats: Heaviest= 180lbs (after having a baby) Lightest = 126lbs (lost all the baby weight after 2 years, exercising and watching my eating) Now= 146 lbs. (obviously relapsed. badly.) Goal = 125lbs. Btw, I'm 5'5. Now, I'm back to exercising and watching my eating. Share…

What is your "ideal" weight?
I'm 5'5 and I would like to be at 125lbs. I was just thinking how I have no idea how I came up with it. It just sounds good :) How did you come up with yours?

Eat to live VS. Live to eat
Having met people who only eat to live, I am amazed on how they can do it. I love food too much. I have come to terms with my love for food by restraining myself, enjoying every bite and accepting this as a life style change. Few of the things I have learned here just by reading posts: 1. Weight loss and maintenance is…

How much weight have we collectively lost? Let's add!
Currently, I have lost 5 lbs since joining MFP. So here's where the fun starts, add my weight loss to your own weight loss, then total it. The next person then adds your total to her own weight loss and so on. For example: your own weight loss: 10 lbs + the person's weight loss above you: 5 = your answer 15 lbs. Here's…

What are the calories of Fried Butter?
 Just having fun... If you feel like you've eaten too much today or whenever, and you feel guilty, just remember, somewhere out there, someone ate a stick of Fried Butter and beat you in calorie consumption! There's always tomorrow to start over. Cheers! :drinker:

How many times have you relapsed?
I am back on track again, after a 6 month hiatus. I do this all the time, I lose the weight I want, then go right back to my old habits. The hard thing for me is to get my motivation going and not having self control with eating. That and my constant snacking. Anyway, this is probably my 4th or 5th relapse since getting…

What are you rewarding yourself when you reach goal?
Sure, reaching your goal is THE ultimate reward but what are you doing special once you reach the coveted prize? I was just thinking about this yesterday, while I was running. I was getting really tired and what kept me going was saying "eye on the prize" over and over. So, it got me thinking, what I should reward myself?…

.4lbs to lose to mark 1 month anniv. on MFP
Less than a half lb to lose before I hit my 1 month anniversary on MFP! I have 5 days to go. Then I would have hit my 10 lb weight loss in just a month! I don't have a lot of weight to lose but I can definitely see the difference. So happy :)
