Breastfeeding Mothers
While breastfeeding and pumping about how much water should I be drinking? Should I drink the normal eight glasses plus one ounce for every ounce I pump? I know that if I don't drink enough I'll lose my milk supply but I've also heard that if I drink too much it can have the same effect. Any suggestions?

I don't want a saggy belly.
I'm 5'3" and my starting weight was 223. I'm down to 182. I'm losing about 2 pounds a week. My goal weight is about 130/135.
