OH! Tomorrow I'll be starting Insanity which I bought last year righ before I found out I was pregnant with #2. I had him in July and I'm currently 183 and a size 14 so I'm in the same place you were before your amazing transformation. I feel SO motivated now after reading and watching. Great Job! I wish I had that kind of self motivation. I do mostly circuit training and the elliptical. I always tell myself that I'm not a runner but who knows.....maybe someday :-)

I share MFP with FB. It's a good way to keep me motivated. All the comments and positive feedback from friends and coworkers on FB help me stay on track.

My cheat day varies. I usually give myself 2-3 days each month but unevenly spread out. I don't exercise and I don't worry about how many calories I eat, but then the day after, I make sure to go back to exercising and counting calories. By doing this my body doesn't get used to a routine.
