How much, in litres or pints, is a 'cup' of water? I'm getting confused!

    Think it's 250ml

    1 pint = 2 cups & 1 liter = 4.22675284 cups

    So 1/2 pint = 1 cup and approximately .25 liter = 1 cup

    A cup of water is 8 ounces, 240 ml., 1/2 pint or for all practical purposes 1/4 liter. Hope this helps.
